We accept Paypal and Bank Transfers from outside the UK.  In the UK we accept Paypal, Personal Cheque and Bank Transfer. For deliveries within the UK all watches will be sent out via the Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £8.00 which includes postage, packaging and insurance up to the value of £2500.00.  

For International shipping we use Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure who allow insurance up to £500, any additional insurance would be the customers responsibility and we are happy to provide quotes from International Datapost and Fedex on request.  Customers are responsible for any destination charges if applicable in respect of customs duty, inspection fees etc. As policies vary from country to country customers should contact their local customs for advice and information.

We provide warranty coverage of 6 months from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers the watch movement and battery replacement for the time period stated.

Our warranty excludes: watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse and damage resulting from wear under the conditions exceeding the watch manufacturers water resistance limitations.

All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty is declared VOID if the buyer opens the back of the watch within the warranty period or gives the watch to a watchmaker not authorised by ourselves for repair.

All repairs covered by warranty must be performed by our own authorised watchmaker. We will not refund any fees incurred for repairs to a watch repaired outside of our company.  We never guarantee that any of the watches we sell are waterproof or water resistant unless agreed in advance and the watch is specially tested/sealed upon special request at additional cost.

We offer a 7 day returns policy if the watch is returned in its original condition and packaging.
